Calling all Masters students, PhD's and professionals in bioinformatics, genomics, medical informatics, data science and the like: Join us on a two-day tour of San Diego’s life sciences industry where, each day, companies are curing diseases, saving lives and drumming up innovative solutions for the world's most pressing health challenges.

Here, your skillsets and backgrounds in data science and health will be put to good use. Local life sciences giants Illumina, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Human Longevity, Inc., ResMed, Takeda, Rady Children's Institute for Genomic Medicine and The Salk Institute for Biological Studies and many more are looking for the best and brightest to help them change the world. Join us November 9-10 where you’ll get to step foot in the world’s largest genomics company, mingle with top execs and learn about game-changing breakthroughs and innovative technologies born right here in SD.

There is a $50 refundable deposit to register and your acceptance to the program will be granted upon submission of your resume, a brief description of your background and interest in San Diego, and a confirmation of travel itinerary. Deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the program. Space is limited. Registration is first come, first serve. Masters or PhD required, candidates welcome.

Local transportation plus breakfast & lunch are included on Thursday and Friday. Participants schedule and cover all other travel accommodations We are happy to make lodging recommendations.
